1ER ARRONDISSEMENT. On the jazz-thick Rue des Lombards, Le Baiser Salé ("Salted Kiss") is convincingly smoky and moody. New bands dominate, but veterans sometimes grandstand ­ and it's famous for promoting unusual and trans-ethnic styles.
